PanGenerika began as an alliance of small to medium sized European pharmaceutical companies, but is expanding to all countries that accept EU CTD dossiers. There is one exclusive member per country.

PanGenerika members pay an annual membership fee and have access to an extensive product list without paying dossier or license fees. Members are also able to cross-license products with other members, have free access to licensing meetings, and regulatory support.

Licensors provide their products without a license fee and have easy access to Europe through PanGenerika members. PanGenerika offers a 3 year market forecast and a supply agreement between licensors and members.

PanGenerika members register the products and provide marketing and sales representatives in their country, providing easy access to Europe and beyond.
